Back Yard Burgers

Unfortunately after waiting in line for 25 minutes the food we received was cold. The cheese on the burgers were not melted and they forgot an item off the order, but charged me for the item. Considering the location just opened and the wait is long, they should definitely supply their customers with hot food. Hopefully, management is reviewing the feedback and will make adjustments/better quality control. Thanks

food has been good. however couldn't get potato salad as a side with combo had to get onion rings instead. potato salad was less expensive on the board. maybe it was do to a portion deal. got mac n cheese a few days ago.. not sure what that was all about.

The fried pickles started the experience with fireworks in my mouth for sure. Nothing better than that lightly breaded crunch mixed with that tang from the pickles & dipped in a little ranch. Pure magic!

So one of the things I found amazing was they can convert ANY of their burgers into chicken sandwiches. So I tried the Black Jack Burger with fries & had them make the Bacon Avocado Burger into a Bacon Avocado Chicken. They know their burgers and chicken for sure!!!

Then save room to try their Brookie! The brownie to cookie ratio makes it divine!

Love their new look! Very clean, yet still has those natural elements that make you feel like burgers from the back yard should. Their team did an outstanding job of making sure everything was perfect during our visit! We can't wait to go back!!!

My experience here was great! The cashier was super friendly and very nice! They are well staffed and the food came out within 5 minutes. Also I sat in the dining room and the associate was very attentive with checking up and seeing if I was okay! The burger and fries were great, exactly what I ordered! Great job! And welcome to The Burg!

YUM! I had the Classic Burger combo with Swiss for lunch and loved it. If you've not had a Back Yard Burger before know this - it is a real beef hamburger cooked like the best burger you ever had at a picnic. They do not serve burgers that can be cooked in 30 seconds, so you may have to wait longer than you do at other joints but it is worth it. The fries are made from natural cut potatoes and were very good. I will be back and I highly recommend them. And next time, I might have the turkey burger.
