Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ

Hands down customer service was just awesome. While I was waiting inside I watched everyone and all the employees were so nice and trying so hard to please everyone. The wait was terrible though. I went after church around 1230pm and they were out of pulled chicken and pulled pork. I ended up ordering chicken wings and pineapple upside down cake. After 35 min of waiting I had to go back to the car because my son's foot was hurting, he just had surgery, and the gentleman ending up bringing our food out to us and apologized for the wait. Total wait time 42 min. Now the chicken was okay, kind of tasted like the chicken wings I get from Costco so I probably will not be getting it from there anymore especially since it was a little pricey. Haven't had the dessert yet. Will be eating it tonight. I gave 4 stars for the customer service. Next time I will have to try their hot dog but hopefully by then they'll have their system down so wait time isn't terrible. And they order enough food so they don't run out by afternoon.

Service was fast, customer service was good, and food was good!
