Beach Tavern

Food wasn't all that great even for typical bar fare. Bartender rushed my friend & I to order food even after being told we wanted to wait a few minutes. Never seen reality shows & soap operas on the tv at any bar before this one.

The bartender was great & working hard. Looks like they are hiring and need help. We ate and had a few drinks here during our weekend visit to Atlantic Beach. They were a life saver when we were looking for something to eat at 11 pm. Everywhere else closed or was not serving food. Everyone here was having a great time. There's music, pool and stiff drinks.

This is a fun place to hang out and drink a few ice cold beers and eat some steamed spiced shrimp. The servers were super nice and helpful.

Takes forever for food service but good food. Our table ordered burgers and drinks. Staff is friendly but not very attentive at all. We waited awhile before receiving food and it took awhile to get the check. Burger was very good and cooked perfectly though.

Staff and food here are just wonderful. The cook deserves to be called a chef. Man has skills.
The decor? Don't get your hopes up.
The drink pour is on the generous side.
