    Wow I am so glad this place exists. The first of its kind in Morehead City. Bowls, wraps, fresh ingredients, local when possible. Whatever kind of diet you follow, whether you are a carnivore or a vegetarian, Refection has something for you. I have eaten here three times in the month or so they've been open, and I have enjoyed each meal. You literally pick and choose all the ingredients. Delicious.
