Bright and clean with nice little bistro tables plus a cozy couch make the atmosphere perfect for everyone. All of their options are low sugar, high protein which is just what we're all wanting these days. There are plenty of flavor options and nutritional add-ons to fully customize your beverage.

We love Nautical Nutrition! The owner (Caroline) is so sweet, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Her and her staff are amazing! The shakes and teas taste AH-MAZING! Prices are super reasonable and comparable to other health/shake businesses. I haven’t had anything I didn’t like! You will not be disappointed! I even call ahead to have my shakes ready for pick up on days that I am in a hurry. They have always been ready on time and with great quality! Don’t miss out! ❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely LOVE this place. Every staff member is extremely kind and treats you as a friend rather than just a customer. The teas are amazing and so are the shakes. My husband things the banana pudding shake tastes better than a banana milkshake at cookout! Definitely worth going
