Dunkin'

I hate we’re prices have gone, but the shelves were stocked full and the donuts/holes were great. The line was long and so was the wait time. Overall I would stop back by for a last thought breakfast or during non peak hours for a sweet bite.

After a small drive through mix up, I called Dunkin’ to inform the manager there was an issue and she was extremely kind and more than willing to assist in rectifying the problem. This is my favorite Dunkin’ in the area and they have the best sized and seasoned bagels out of any Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve gone to ! :)

Drive up to the window to pay for my 2.55 ice coffee. I hand her 3.00 Lady hands me my coffee and says Have a nice day. I pause, because she didnt give me my change, and she looks at me with what I would describe as a challenge on her face. If you need my 45cents that bad you can keep it. But how about next time you ask would you like your change?instead of just keeping it as a forced tip. That was pretty shady.

Only four stars! And the reason is they don't make and sell the tosted coconut donut that I was looking for. I asked the sales associate if she had them, and her response was they stopped selling this donut a few years ago due to the fact that it was a poor selling product. Man I don't believe that excuse or reason given! Back home in Phoenix this donut is one of the bestselling and favorite donuts in any of there locations around the valley, and you better get there early or they are sold out. This business was clean and the staff are friendly and coffee hot and good.
