Michaelangelo's Pizza & Subs

Wonderful pizza, but called multiple times with a busy phone line. When we got there I KINDLY asked about the busy line thinking maybe they accidentally left the phone off the hook. The lady at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE and comped an attitude about them being busy. Great food, disappointed in the service from the cashier.

The pizza was delicious and the staff was super friendly! I took one star because we went at dinner time and it was very hot inside. The sun hits in the windows in the evening and they dont have any shades to help block out the sunlight. Other than that, we enjoyed our meal and will be ordering pizza from them soon!

Visited 7/13/2019 just after arriving for vacation. The NY-style pizza reminds me of the walk-up places where slices are sold at other beaches. Pizza prices are great, and small pizzas are 16", medium 18", and large 20". Order at the counter and food is delivered to the table. Beer and wine are available. Service is fast.

I don't expect beach pizza to be any good, but Michaelangelo's does a respectable NY style pizza. Have had their pizza 5+ times in as many years and find the product to be consistent. Consider using their website online order form to ensure the right order is placed if doing carry out (not that I've had problems, I just like to ensure I type in exactly what I want).

Haven't had their subs yet but they look good.

Word of caution, their XL pizza is bigger than many other pizzerias! And they usually fill the box. So prices might seem high, but you are getting more pizza than you'd expect.

We ordered take out, they said 30 minutes, it took almost 20 and the place was packed.
Parking can be challenging in that shopping center.
The pizza was good. Typical NY style pies, big slices, light sauce, chewy crust. I like a little more topping, they were light on the sausage and pepperoni.
