Olde Hickory Station

The food was excellent and the beer selection was phenomenal. Everything I tried was outstanding, and I would definitely come back again! If you are visiting from out of town or just looking for a good place to have some excellent beer, Olde Hickory Station totally delivers!

My family and I visited the station while camping in Lenoir over the weekend. The concept is very cool and a pleasant surprise to find in downtown Hickory. There is a wonderful selection of craft beers that you can carry out. There's a wonderful meat and cheese counter. There's also a great bakery. In addition to this carryout section there's a restaurant that is attached. There is a large craft beer menu, both draft and bottles. And there's also a wide variety of choices on their menu. My husband and I ordered a meat and cheese platter which was delicious. We ordered a pizza for our kids to share and they really enjoyed it. As far as the beer selection is concerned, I ordered a flight of beer but they were out of three different beers that I wanted to have on my flight. It was a little frustrating that they were out of so much and had not updated their menu. This was especially concerning when we came back the next day for brunch and the same beers were still on the menu. The service was just okay, the restrooms for clean, and the food was good-the portions were large. We will definitely visit the station again next time we come to Hickory.

First time going there. The food was top notch. It was a little pricey, but I'm not used to going to such places so maybe it was normal. I do recommend it though.

The food was AMAZING! Great service from our waitress Monica! Shrimp and grits were great, awesome potatoes! Everything was so FRESH! Will definitely come back whenever I'm in the area! MIMOSAS were great with good champagne at 7:30 AM!

I enjoyed the experience here. Good, varied and interesting beer list, both of Olde Hickory and guest taps. Good pizza, although I prefer a thinner crust. Nice side salad. The space of open and stylish. Friendly service.
