FOURK

This is a great restaurant. I was able to order items that fit within my picky preferences. Our steaks were tasty with a great sear and not overcooked. I've never had an asparagus spear (note in picture, had a diameter larger than a quarter!) that large and it was also tender. Fresh veggies. Would highly recommend a visit.

Best restaurant in Hickory, hands down. If you are wanting to impress a date with an elegant and unique dinner and drinks, this is THE PLACE no doubt. ????

Excellent service! We came for my girlfriends birthday. The tuna appetizer was on point along with the sweet potato fritters. She enjoyed her prime rib. I had the curried lamb. The lamb was cooked perfectly. Only small think I would suggest is to up the curry spices on the lamb. Prices are higher but not unreasonable.

Tonight was my first time dining at Fourk. I had no expectations going in. As time progressed I felt that they position themselves as a fine dining experience. The diversity of menu supports that assertion at an elevated price point but not too much. Our service was very good - VERY good. The food I'd give mixed reviews. The special on scallops was nice and just in time as they were getting soft in texture. Our sweet potato balls were just about burnt and generally without flavor - other than sweet potato. Without going into every dish, the chicken was overdone and the prime rib was a touch fatty. However the salmon was very good! The side vegetables with each meal were also very good and enjoyed by all. The wine selection is very good as well. Again, we enjoyed professional service! Cheers

I went here for a work celebration. It was dinner time and the place was packed. We were a part of a large party. We had made reservations and they were accommodating to such a large group. They had two other big groups as well, but were well staffed. In fact, the wait staff were top notch. I never wanted for anything, food came promptly, and correctly. The food itself was really good. It is a bit pricey for my budget, but on target for the type of aesthetic the restaurant presented. I recommend reservations and previewing the menu online before going.
