Taj Indian Cuisine

The food was very good and flavorful. The chicken was tender and the jasmine rice was absolutely perfect. However I did ask for a level 4 on one of my dishes. It was not. It was very mild with no hot spice. Overall good.

We are very glad to have an Indian restaurant in Hickory! We ordered three dishes as supper for two adults and two kids, and all three were very good and flavorful. We asked for them to not be spicy, and the kids were able to eat all three. The online ordering was convenient and the pickup was easy. If I had to find anything to complain about, it's that the food isn't inexpensive, but the best never is. We'll definitely be back, and look forward to maybe some dine-in experience in the future.

Just tried Taj for the first time today. Great food! We've been eating Indian food everywhere including many different countries. Authentic and decently priced. Two thumbs up! Only thing I hope they fix is the phone so I can order faster! Welcome to Hickory Taj and thanks for bringing us this restaurant.

Amazing food! So glad to finally have an Indian cuisine so close! No more hr+ trips for dinner craves!! :) We'll definitely be back! Currently, they are takeout only, and very busy...I promise it's worth the wait! Be kind, they are looking for help to open the dining area.
