Wendy's

Used to be a great, quick, fast food lunch. Mediocre at best lately. A 20 minute wait in line at lunch hour rush is not a plus. (Especially when there is only 5 people in front of you.) The management team needs to step it up. Over the past couple months, this place seems to be on the decline.

Revised....Stopped in today. (3.15.19) Donna was as pleasant as ever. Lunch time service slightly improved, however there is Much room for improvement.

We came in after church today and we could tell they were short staffed. So it took a long time to get our order. However, the manager told us they were short on help and to be patient. So we did, our food was fresh and delicious. They were very nice and handled the situation very well. Management stepped up and we had a great experience. Highly recommend this place. Very clean as well.

Excellent service. The employees were great. The food was coming out hat and superfresh. The orders were correct and myself and others were very thankful.....

Food was good. Cashier, Donna, was nice as always.
Unfortunately, today, this Wendy's was not kept up at all. Trash bins were overflowing, trays stacked up with trash on them, tea/lid station area was disgusting and little ketchup cups were just sitting on dirty counter area. The dining area was not much better.... hope this was just a bad day incident (maybe short handed for whatever reason).

My wife n I always get the 4 for $4 n it's good, but today we were there around 11 am n the fries were cold n the ketchup almost empty. Should if had fresh fries and plenty of ketchup !! Shift manager needs to step up.
