We had a terrific time at Copeland Springs Farm last Sunday! We enjoyed touring the farm with Kristin and not only learning about the wonderful things she is growing (and the work that goes into it!) but then using some of those veggies in the recipes she and Chef Yolanda put together to create a fabulous dinner for us. Plus we got to help prepare it! It was a memorable meal and experience. We recommend everyone who loves good food, using local sources and getting together with others to learn how it all comes together to sign up for the next gathering at the farm. We just can't say enough great stuff about it!! P.S. We also love seeing Copeland Springs Farm at the downtown Cary Farmers Market on Saturdays so we can get our fix of great veggies!

I love, love, love Copeland Springs Farm! Locally and certified naturally grown, they are the real deal! I have gotten to know Kristen through many conversations at the Cary Downtown Farmers Market about the way her produce is grown and the challenges and joys of environmentally responsible farming. Produce is always fantastic and lots of great variety and even offers environmentally friendly options in packaging! The best!

I visit this booth at the Cary Downtown Farmers Market weekly and always find something interesting. Their veggies and flowers are always fresh and beautiful. Stop by their booth at either the Cary Downtown Farmers Market or the Apex market. You won't be sorry

I have been a customer of this farm for perhaps 6 years through the Downtown Cary Farmer's Market and the Apex Farmer's Market. The quality and growing practices are top notch, and the integrity of the grower is very high. If are not satisfied for any reason I know they will issue a refund or make it right!
