Herb's Pit Bar-B-Que

Outstanding food and Service!!! We drove 35 minutes out of the way on our trip to try it. The side dishes were top notch comfort food...The main course was beyond sweet, tangy and wipe your bread in tasty.
At the end I tried the chocolate pie and had to stuff my belly to the brim to finish it. But it was definitely worth it...the pie tasted as good as my grandma's chocolate pie from my childhood. I haven't been able to have pie that good since she passed away.
DEFINITELY A MUST DINING EXPERIENCE!

Ya have really good BBQ sandwiches and the ladies were super nice and on top of things. Didn't even have to ask to get my drink refilled. BBQ has some real good flavor. Good job and keep up the good work.

Love the food and the people ????. Try and get early, but worth the wait. Their fried green beans is addictive and their BBQ flavorful! (It's more than just smoke in your mouth). I also like their fish. Their menu has a good diversity and even gets the picky eaters to try something new!!

The food was pretty decent for a roadside place.

Please note... The 4 stars does not reflect the BBQ or sauce. Herb's deserves 4 stars because of the onion rings. The onion rings are the best I've ever had in my life.

Haven’t been there in quite sometime no fault of yours. I just wanted to say you are to be commended because you take the time to respond to your reviews regardless of the comments.
You apparently haven’t forgotten that the people who walk through your doors are the reason you are in business.
Being in business for myself I try very hard to please everyone I work for and do pretty well doing it.
But there is a saying, you can please most of the people most of the time just not all the people all the time.
