The bathrooms. Need to be a tidy some cleaner. The kitchen needs to be cleaner and the employees need to wear gloves while handling food...i noticed some people with long hair needed a hairnet...some employees said smart remarks to other employees which is a no-no in the work place....they should work together to get the orders out....in a cival professional manner without bickering about who did what when and where. If the job is not what you thought move on life is to short to waste on something you dont want to do many more professions out there....create an atmosphere so when someone is eating in your restaurant they want to stay and eat in your restaurant because you promote a positive atmosphere...it will make people spend. Money for great food and Reputation for great place to eat ...you can-do it

This was by far the best Arby's I've ever been to! It was clean. The staff was friendly and the food was great!

Love this new Arbys in kings mountain, the food was made just right, fresh grease, roast beef not sliced too thick, customer service was awesome! They have a bell at the front door you can ring if your experience was good, my wife and I rung it twice. Loved it!
