This was my first experience at this location. Wow, the lady’s were awesome. Super friendly with top notch customer service and of course the food was delicious!!!!

The food is great, especially the Italian sub. But the service was very slow. They took a phone call and tired up the register with that order instead of ringing it on another register and serving the people standing in line. Everyone was really nice, but it took a long time to get our to go order. I would recommend ordering in advance.

So, the place is nice. And the people are welcoming, I swear to God... that was the slowest firehouse I’ve ever been to. They also got my name wrong (not a big deal), but I asked if they meant to say my name... the guy was like: “huh” I repeated myself like 3 times and until I finally walked up and said “what’s the order? He read out the right order so he handed it to me and I left. When I got to work... the order was wrong and my break was pretty much up. I just didn’t want to wait there for almost 30 minutes just to pay for something I didn’t ask for to be honest. Firehouse is one my favorite places to go. But that was disappointing.
