Always a great experiance! I visit Starbucks for a consistently well made drink or a convient lunch or breakfast.

I usually come here about once a week to order an iced coffee and it is always consistent in flavor. The staff are always nice too. The downside is, the hours are completely wrong on the app. I’ve been several times at 1 - 2 pm and they’re closed. Since this is a new location, it makes no sense why they close at the most random hours. It’s also really hard to do mobile orders at this location. Because the app tells you that the store is closed or cannot take mobile orders at this time. I’m not sure if the staff have control of that, but it’s really inconvenient

They have the best customer service in Shelby! They are very courteous and friendly. If you want your drinks made correctly, visit this location!
