The service was fast and friendly. The view was beautiful.
The building is older but clean. The flounder was good, hot and flaky. The frozen clam strips were just that. The fried shrimp were barely fried and were very greasy. The hushpuppies were pretty good.
A tourist staple but I am not sure it is really worth the drive.
Nice little place right on the lake. Food was great and you get a lot. It would be great if you could dock in the water then walk down the pier to the restaurant. They have a pier but it needs some work.
I visited here while at Lake Waccamaw State Park. Great Seafood with some pretty decent pricing. I was able to eat for less than $11 on a budget. You cannot do that often at a seafood restaurant. The food was great and hot even on a to go order. Loved the hush puppies! Dale's is casual dining. I recommend.
This was a fun trip after work with the girls. I have never been to Lake Waccamaw. Absolutely beautiful, this little place was busting out of the seems with great food. You want go home hungry, trust me. A must try
A wonderful, breezy spring evening at Lake Waccamaw was made even better by excellent seafood and great service at Dale's Seafood.
The shrimp, scallops and clam strips were deep fried to perfection in clean, fresh oil. The Cole slaw was excellent, with a slight flavor we Southern slaw connoisseurs couldn't quite place. It definitely made a positive difference in the taste.
The sweet tea was as it should be...cold, iced, and sweet.
We enjoyed our culinary visit this evening. We had not been here in a while but that oversight won't happen again. We'll be back soon!
