We have a Gluten Allergy in our Family. David, the Manager, and his Amazing staff made sure that our food was prepared after preparation was made to the cooking area. He even announced it so that all of his staff, cooks & servers included, realized that there was a special situation.

The coffee is always good and hot. The eggs prepared to order. The waffles and pancakes fluffy. And the toast browned to perfection. They know how to cook grits correctly and they fry bacon jyst like I do at home. All things considered Waffle House of New Bern - {either location} - is the next best thing to a big ole cooked breakfast at home. Only in some ways it's better because I don't have to cook it myself.
