    Love KFC but the staff is not well train there

    Havelock KFC restaurant is lot better than New Bern. Good & customer service.

    I always enjoy going to KFC but when I filled out the survey and I got a free sandwich, the chicken sandwich was hard and cold...So disappointed...Maybe I went at the wrong time of the day because they are usually better...
    I usually order a wing dinner with 2 sides. The biscuits are always good with a couple packs of honey...
