Gohan Ramen Bar

I haven’t had a lot of ramen in my life but this is by far the best I’ve had. The gyoza was also pretty good. The service was phenomenal as well. Definitely worth a visit.

The staff was so incredibly kind, attentive, & accommodating when we tried Gohan Ramen Bar for the first time. They were working off a limited menu & were out of some items because it was close to closing but that in no way detracted from our experience. The food was great & definitely some of the best ramen we’ve had around here! The gyoza were fresh & so so crispy 10/10, the same with the agedashi tofu. We ordered the special combo ramen with tonkotsu broth; it came out super quick & it was very flavorful & rich 20/10. I can’t wait until they have their full menu, we will definitely be returning customers!

They are working on a limited menu because they just opened, but can’t call it too limited because there were still so many choices… ordered the Gyoza and Special Combo Ramen with shoyu (soy broth). The friend I was with ordered the shrimp tempura curry… the gyoza was fantastic. Flavorful and the ponzu sauce was great. My ramen was top notch! Everything was perfectly cooked. The fried onions on top nice and crispy, pork was tender and fell apart in the bowl, the broth I could drink on its own. My friend loved her curry and wanted to lick her plate to get all the curry sauce! Service was amazing. They were all so attentive and nice. Easily answered questions and never felt like we were bothering or sitting too long. The place is on the smaller side but plenty of space and you can sit at the ramen bar if you want instead of a table. If this is what they are giving with their soft opening I can only imagine when they are fully up and running. I can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing! When I tell you everything was on point! From the moment we came in, the service was spectacular. But when I tasted the food.... OMG, I knew this place was going to take my money!!! Lol. Seriously, the ramen and gyoza were full of flavor. The green tea ice cream did as well.

Trying out Gohan Ramen Bar, during the “soft opening,” enjoyed the fresh salad with a touch of seaweed salad along with fresh greens. Came here for the ramen… and it did NOT disappoint. I had the Chicken Katsu Ramen with Tonkotsu (pork bone broth). The flavor on the broth had such a flavor depth and the crunch on the chicken was crispy goodness. Did I forget to mention that I added just a touch of “spice” to mine. I will definitely be back to try the full menu!!!!!!
