Salt N Pepper Jamaican Fusion

I was in the area shopping and was hungry when I saw Salt and Pepper Jamaican Restaurant. I never heard of the restaurant, but I saw it in the corner end of shopping center. I love Jamaican food so I decided to give it a try. The guy who took my order was really nice and gave great customer service by making sure he explained the what I would get with my order. I decided to go the medium Oxtail plate that came with beans and rice, plantains and cabbage. I live a little ways from Fayetteville so I decided to pull over mid way to eat a few bites of my food. I must say it was absolutely delicious!! Some of the best Jamaican oxtail I ever had. I usually rate a restaurant from "Nah Nah" that means Heck No or "Gnaw Gnaw" that means I unapologetically gnawed the bones like a puppy!lol This was definely a gnaw gnaw...I not only gnawed on the oxtail bone but I ate every morsal..every grain of rice!! It was just that good. They seasoned the food just right..perfect, not salty or overflavored..it was simply perfect. Please do yourself a favor and try this Amazing restaurant. I know I can't really judge from one dish, however it was really good. I can't wait to go back and try something different.
