Updated 4/11/18: Customer service has gotten so much better. Right order on time, friendly service, good food.

The food is pretty good, which is why I go back, but the customer service is the WORST. The employees are apathetic at best and just rude at worst, but either way, unprofessional. One or two are friendly and helpful, but for the most part, they're just bad.

Just today, I put in an online order, went to pick it up at the indicated time and of course it wasn't ready (no surprise there), but to make it worse, the cashier and sandwich maker acted like I was bothering them because I had an order to pick up. It wasn't lunchtime, they weren't really busy, it was only about 10am.

The problem was they were way too busy complaining about how much they dislike their boss to pay attention to what they were supposed to be doing.

Then, once the sandwiches were actually made, it was a good thing I opened them and checked them because they weren't made correctly; they were missing key ingredients (also not the first time).

This is by far not the first time that things like this have happened. Please retrain your people on customer service and professional standards.

This is a good option for lunch in the building, well the only option for lunch in the building. They get busy and at times the employees can be less than helpful but overall they are nice. They appear to have a high turnover in employees too.
It is good food and I recommend ordering online to skip the register, go straight to the fast order pickup, receive reward points, and get special email offers.
