IHOP

This IHOP is usually pretty busy. However, they are still quick and accurate with your food order. We always add sides, or modify something, and have yet to have an issue. Today, we had the most amazing waitress. We came in with 6 of us (The wife, 3 children 8, 6, >2, and Sam). She made our "brunch" completely effortless. Cleared plates, never put anything in the reach of the smallest, brought the kids food first.... I could go on. I know this is supposed to be about the restaurant, but she is a representation of that store. We have been going here for 5 years, and will continue.

James and Nicole ate here this morning and it was fabulous. Jen cooked my steak and I couldn't be more satisfied. Our server Jess also made our experience great. Big thanks to the staff.

Amazing service, staff is well trained. Server didnt even right down the order and managed to remember every intricacy to the "Tee" for a 6-person order. Drinks were never empty, they were very courteous and there is even an interesting way to be called for seating with incorporated themed cards.

08APR19 (Two Stars): Website and Google says open until 2300, called and were told they closed at 2200 and showing up at 2100 was too late to be served.

If you are going to tell me a sooner closing hours, properly display it on your website. Unable to eat at 2100 due to mismanagement of hours.

Update 10APR18 (Upgrade to 3 Stars): Elected to give the place a try. Server was very polite and ensured everything was good. Had the spinach mushroom omelette with the unlimited pancakes. The cheese sauce on the top was...cheap? Gross? It was like whipped can cheese. Either way, I took it off and the cheese inside the omelette was actual normal cheese. So that made the meal fine. Friend had the French toast, which was adequate, nothing notable good or bad.

Hours posted on door do not match hours on Google, which do not match the hours the employees verbally told me... Pick a number and stick with it.

If you are looking for an iHop, it does the job.

Service just plain awful. It took 20 minutes just to get a glass of water. My wife and I sat patiently as the table of four right next to us, that arrived 15 minutes AFTER us, were all served their food order. Hell, even one of the guys at that table thought it was awkward. Not sure who manages this particular location, but some basic customer service training seems to be in order.
Food was tasty as expected...once it finally arrived.
