(April 1, 2015, 11:11 pm)This place is amazing. The meat on the ribs falls right off the bone. There French fries are seasoned perfectly and the vinaigrette for the pork is to die for. The pulled pork was good but missing some seasoning. All in all they were good but always seems to be out of brisket.

Until this past Saturday, I must say that I have never experienced BBQ like I experienced at Fatback's BBQ & Rib Shack!!!!!
I just want to THANK Fatback's BBQ & Rib Shack for THE BEST BBQ EXPERIENCE EVER since leaving Texas!!!!!
THE FOOD, STAFF, AND ATMOSPHERE COMBINED TOGETHER MAKE FOR A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE!!!!!
