Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q

Enjoyed the two piece chicken special with fries. It was filling. Their tea is delicious.

The chicken, bbq (ask for their sauces they have 2) and the Brunswick stew is amazing. Oh and they have the best hush puppies and the BEST ice.i bought bags of it when i was pregnant to chew on. Lol

How is Smithfield's Chicken? Are you kidding? It's amazing, I lucked into finding this little gem on a road trip that led me through North Carolina, and thank the maker, I saw it like a beacon on a hill. Now, when I find myself near the NC border, I make special preparations for a couple of 16 piece boxes to take home, and seal up in the freezer. Seriously. So, how's this chicken? Pretty damn good. In my honest opinion. Try the dipping sauce, it will change your life

This was the Smithfield's Chicken in Hope Mills. The atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was quick and professional. This is one of our favorite place to eat. The banana pudding wasn't all that good this time though, it's like they left something out of it (bananas), but overall, everything else was great. We got the family box with 8 pieces of chicken, coleslaw, potato salad and hush puppies with a gallon of tea. It is a very reasonably priced box of food for the family.

Really great service!! This was my first time dining inside. Nice atmosphere. Love the old school music and pictures! My server was AWESOME! He checked constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was drinks, condiments or even fixing the meal...he was on it! That's better service than I've had in expensive restaurants! I was pleasantly surprised to see there were hot dog kids meals. This was great because I knew my kids didn't want barbecue. Kids meals were affordable too...$5 and included a drink. The complimentary coffee was extra cool. They even prepared it for me and asked how I wanted it. They even brought everything out to me. I actually felt valued as a customer for the first time in a while. Smithfield really blew me away. I would definitely dine in again! It's worth it.
