Great service. Wraps have been very good as well. Produce in wraps were also fresh.

Look at this amazing looking sandwich. This looks like a sandwich straight from the commercials. Strangers let me tell you what; a long day of dealing with angry animals, fluids and the heat sucks. But this quality sandwich doesn't, hollllaaaaa'.

The customer service from Taylor Guy was phenomenal. She politely advised their dining room was not open for to go orders. Because I was driving in a minibus I couldn't do drive thru. She came out with an iPad and took our order. Never once did she make me feel as though I was bothering her. Thank you Taylor! You're awesome!

Chick Fila in HOPE MILLS!!! Line was atrocious and all the way down Hope Mills road. But per Chick Fila reputation and standards the line moved quite quickly. They need to not let people turn left into the parking lot from hope mills rd. Also the parking lot itself it quite small. When you open a Chick Fila up, you know you’re gonna have a crowd. But instead you make a smaller parking lot than other locations.

But 5 stars for awesome food, orders done right the first time and staff who knows how to take care of people.

Today was opening day for this new location and I have to give them a 5-star rating because they were all amazing!! That drive thru line was out to the street and they knocked it out so quick! Everyone was super friendly and the team leaders/supervisors were great at training and being open to teaching the new team members. I love it already! Great job Chick-fil-A!
