Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Some days the chicken is awesome some days its blah..salads are tasty and the fries are crisp. Just make sure to check your order before you leave ..few times my order is not correct but I am already to far down the road to turn around. But that problem is solved ..I never leave without checking my order

Yesterday food was fresher than today’s, but I’ve encountered great service from employees here who have taken my orders!!! Will be back & recommend this location to others... those cosmic cookies are delicious!!!!

I wanted to comment on the manager now that I know his name, Andy. If there ever was a mistake in the order he made sure it was correct. Any questions we have he always has an answer. He is a bit outspoken and not the traditional behind the scenes manager. If it gets crowded he steps up to the register to take orders, busses tables, clean floors, walks around and makes sure your satisfied with the order. Our family really appreciates him and the job he does.

Sanitation grade is usually at or near 100 as far as I can remember. Staff is always nice and helpful. I do have to check my to-go order for accuracy, but I do that everywhere. Food is almost always excellent (one time the grilled cheese was way to salty). Facilities are usually very clean and tidy. We enjoy this Zaxbys.

Seems that I always have to check order to make sure it is correct. Food is great. Tipping will help insure correct service when same person is working drive thru. Yesterday didn't receive complete order had to go back to get it. The manager resolved the situation and i was impressed. Manager was great!!!!

Zaxby's does have good food. Their salads are delicious. However, for the last several times we've eaten there, they have forgotten the salad dressing. Last time, I called back because my husband trusted they got the order right. The manager told me I could come back (20+min away) and get the dressing or get extra dressing the next time I came. That was totally ridiculous. The food is good, but in the context of fast food, it's pricey. So I expect better customer service. They get three stars because I've tried multiple times and they continue to get the orders wrong. Most of the staff is usually friendly. The food is usually hot.
