    Room service is over priced for what you receive.
    Didn't have a hair dryer in my room today-took 20 minutes to get one.
    The hallways are cooler than the rooms!? Hard to sleep when the rooms are warm!

    This is a fancy place, yet this isnt a place specifically for rich people. A decent price for a good room.

    Staff were all extremely nice. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lauren at the front desk was awesome. The breakfast was amazing with staff who was always right there if anything was needed. The breakfast manager was extremely kind and always had a smile on his face.The room was great! Thanks for a relaxing visit.

    We stayed overnight to attend a hockey game at the coliseum. The hotel was very clean and had mostly friendly. The check in staff was a little snooty at first but they checked themselves and apologized. They were probably busy. The reception and breakfast we're nice with very helpful staff. Nice pool and hot tub area. I wish the beds we're a bit more comfy. We all found them a little too hard. The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was huge! Overall, I recommend this property.
