First Watch - Freedom Town Center

Excellent food! Great atmosphere and lots of great health-minded options on their large menu. Service is friendly and helpful, but noticed silverware and glasses weren't completely clean. Been here 3 times so far and great experiences each time.

Food is great. The place is small and busy but they are really efficient at keeping the tables filled and the food comes out hot and ready. Their food is a slightly different spin on your typical breakfast, brunch and lunch options which makes it interesting but still delicious. This is our favorite new restaurant in town. We also love the cucumber water and free coffee while you wait. I'd love to see them get outdoor tables.

I stopped by the first time last week. Getting a table was going to be a wait, but thankfully this restaurant has a community table. The staff are amazing and polite. The food was so yummy. They have healthier alternatives and I will be a weekly patron to this establishment;

First off, I feel like many of the negative complaints are just wrong and unethical. To make a great restaurant receive 2 or 3 stars for the smallest of mistakes and events that the restaurant cannot control is just wrong.

Anyway, fantastic restaurant one of the best in town if not the best. Metro Diner is a big favorite of mine and this one competes quite nicely.

The food was incredibly good. We got a little bit of everything to try it all: juices-B+ to A-; appetizer-A; and ham and gutters melt: B with braised short rib Benedict: A. The coffee was one of my favorites because they had a variety of creamers and kept the pot at the table. Nice move and accommodates a variety of tastes. All pictures are from the menu of what we ordered and they looked exactly alike.

First Watch, I would recommend changing your billing process. The lines for billing and checking in are so close together that people stand in the wrong line. The sign is low and nothing separates the two lines.

Plus, customers love to be treated well. By making them go and stand in another line to pay just takes away from the fun of going out and being served.

Great new food spot in town! The menu had so many healthy and delicious options that it was hard to choose. I settled on the power wrap and it was incredible. The service was great; the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our water and coffee cups stayed full the entire time. I think this will be my new favorite breakfast place!
