McAlister's Deli

The food was good. Service was lacking. I went during lunch time but it wasn't really that busy. Staff wasn't mean but they weren't friendly either. No smiles or anything. Couldn't provide a drink carrier because she said she couldn't find them. Just seemed lacking on this visit.

This was our second time. It wasn't crowded and the chicken salad sandwich was great, however my soup had a piece of hard plastic in it that I didn't see until I bit down on it. I informed the counter staff and they didn't seem to care. The manager finally came out and I let her know so that she could make sure the rest of the soup wasn't contaminated as well. She was very apologetic and refunded the cost of the soup.

First things first the sweet tea is great! I really enjoyed the giant spud potato with cheese and chives with sour cream!!! The establishment was very clean and the atmosphere was quiet I love it!

Great restaurant, with plenty of food choices! The restaurant is spacious & clean! The employees are helpful, social & kind. It’s a good place to hang out with friends, chat it up, & eat. They also offer a Military Discount.

Wonderful stop for a full meal, quick snack, or chatting with friends.
Open areas with lots of room to spread out and visit with friends without witnessing incidents being discussed by complete strangers nearby (wink).
Easy access to restaurant and back to Skibo Road.
Prices are competitive and venue is always clean with friendly staff.
Meal selection is wonderful - salad or meat-and-potatoes types are welcome and encouraged... (grin)
