Taco Bell

We use this TB only because of it's proximity to our house but they regularly forget something in our order or just sloppily make everything. I received the worlds smallest burrito yesterday. Pretty disappointing way to fulfill my TB craving.

Morning manager is GREAT at customer service! Shipment supply ran late so the breakfast to lunch transition was running late. Manager told us things would not be set up until 11:00, but we were willing to wait and not only was it finished before 11:00 but the manager also paid for our food and gave us free extra large drinks and three free crunchy tacos! Not to mention all the workers were friendly and spoke kindly. I have been to many fast food chains with poor customer service and this was a very refreshing change. Will definitely be going back.

Excellent service!! I ordered over 30 different tacos, online for students in my class. When I arrived at the scheduled time for pick up, I was informed that they had not received my order. When I showed them my paid receipt, the manager, Mr.Ty immediately asked for my list and started making the tacos. He was polite, his only concern that the students get the tacos they had ordered. Within 15 minutes, he had the order completed. He then checked it again to make sure that nothing was missing. The place was clean and orderly. Mr. Ty was professional and competently took care of the problem. Thank you, for your excellent service!!
