Good beer selection at fair prices, and a really really slick menu. The crabby pretzel app was something I've never had before. Fantastic. Everything else my family ate was prepared with care and attention to good quality ingredients. My wife really enjoyed her veggie burger. My street tacos were good with the tuna. And the fries were terrific.
Nice atmosphere, clean, friendly staff. The food was tasty but obviously frozen. The chicken sandwich was made with chicken tenders, burger patties were obviously frozen, pulled pork wasn't what you'd expect for a restaurant in NC. Despite having frozen meats, everything was well seasoned and the food tasted good but I just can't shake the thought that I paid $14 for chicken nuggets on a sandwich and fries.
This is the best spot for a chill night, especially when you're down here on vacation. Self-pouring beer is great, food is good, and the staff is super friendly. I have a weird measure for judging whether you're in a quality joint (high end or casual): clean bathrooms. Found out they've been open for over a year and their bathrooms are like-new spotless. Seriously a good, casual fun time!
Pretty fun idea but needs some help on the execution. We visited on a Thursday afternoon having never been here and it took over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us- yes it was busy but there was constantly an employee up front and not one even said hi. We were finally seated and enjoyed the self serve tap idea- nice to be able to try as you go and the bracelets were nice compared to cards we’ve used at similar places in the past. Food took a long time for us but seemed rather faster for this around us so don’t know what the problem was there. One issue and potential health code violation was that they were filling water pitchers in the hand wash sink - hand wash sinks are for hand washing only and nothing else.
Great staff, Keith and the others were right on top of our orders. Very good food and the beers you pour yourself. It is family friendly, you get a bracelet that activates the taps. I'm not an IPA guy and was glad that that it's a great beer variety. Had the brisket nachos, very good but you should know they use melted cheese sauce. My wife loved the street tacos that were made with tuna (3) with fries. Glad we stopped while waiting to check into our rental.
