Excellent menu selection. The scallops were the best I've seen on the beach in a long time.
What a place! My husband and I are vacationing here in Kill Devil Hill for the first time & were skeptical at first! But WOW, what an experience!! From the laid back atmosphere, to our wonderful waiter Josh (he was fantastic!!), to the amazing food (really great prices ????) just a great place overall! Perfect dinner to end a perfect vacation!!!
Btw my husband got the peppered sirloin, let’s just say he made sure he finished his plate! It was wonderful & I got the Cesar salad with chicken added (also so delicious!!) GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT ????
Thank you,
The Fullers...until next time! ????
I had the broiled platter and my buddy had the shrimp and grits. Both plates had more than we could eat, and both tasted great! The bartenders were awesome conversationalists and all of the staff were very warm and welcoming. They had a few local craft brews on tap and they serve some really unique and fun mixed drinks. My buddy and I both agreed that this place deserves more OBX love.
We wanted to a place close by after we went to the Wright Memorial. It was attached to a hotel but there service and food is well worth it. The plates are filling and the food is fresh. We had the crab cake sandwich, fish tacos and the crab bites to start.
Staying at the Sea Ranch Resort for spring break. The menu had great variety. We chose an omelet, pancakes (blueberry & plain), bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns. The blueberry pancakes were loaded with berries and super fluffy. The bacon was thick cut and was cooked exactly how we asked (soft). The portions were generous. The wait staff didn't let our coffee cups get empty, and was super attentive. The atmosphere was bright and cheery with a view of the ocean. Inside was themed tastefully of local lighthouses and beach scenery. They had paper on the tables to draw on while we waited and they were happy to accommodate my daughter's request for certain color of crayons. Will be going back tomorrow. Priced well with 2 adults and 1 child eating for 35$. If your staying at the Sea Ranch ask for a coupon. :)
