TRIO Restaurant & Market

This restaurant and market were a wonderful surprise! It was the best place we ate during our vacation. Their food was fresh, healthy and well prepared. The staff is also excellent. Our favorite was the salmon toast. Also the fresh veggies and hummus yum. Craft draft beer, 16 choices of wine by the glass out of self serve machines, and a full bar. Live music at night. Even an outdoor garden with two beach chairs.

Food was great. Wine and beer selection was great. Bartender was not very nice. She ignored us for the majority of our time there. Was too busy talking to an elderly couple (I'm assuming they were regulars).

Gourmet food options. One of the most complete import/craft beer selections on the beach matched only by the incredible wine selections. The food is original and creative using only high quality ingredients. The market offers uncommon delicacies you will likely not find elsewhere on the beach.

Just went there for a reserve tasting with Sharon. She is extremely knowledgeable about the science behind wines and her cheese and wine pairing was excellent. She introduced me to an amazing cheese called Beemster, for which I will be forever grateful. The restaurant was fully booked so I can't comment on the food quality, but if you like wine, I recommend the reserve tasting.

Hands down the best craft beer experience in the area. Nice selection and even more importantly popper beer service. Passes the standard of my wife, an Advanced Cicerone®️. Food and Cheese selections were proper as well. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.
