Oceanas Bistro

The food was amazing, service was fantastic. The best part was that it was the only place that stayed open after the storm passed. We will be going here again next year when we return for our annual family vacation.

Cute little bistro right on the main road. It was easy to get in and out as it's close to the motels, ample parking, and there's a ramp as well as stairs to get up into the bistro. We went around the traditional lunch hour and it was definitely busy so if you're a larger party or can't sit at the bar, I'd recommend going slightly early or slightly later than the traditional meal hours. Staff were friendly and checked in frequently even with as busy as it was, and kept our drinks refilled without being asked which we really appreciated because wow it's warm out there right now! Overall the food was great - mahi mahi was moist, chips were fresh, hush puppies were delicious. The crab mac'n'cheese was slightly disappointing as it felt like it was made with Kraft and didn't do the amazing crab they used justice. Overall definitely would return because the atmosphere was lovely, the staff were awesome, and the food is good.
