    Stopped in for breakfast/lunch in September. Not crowded at all. Fast friendly service. Basic breakfast fair done well. Although, the home fries were the frozen variety. The fried green tomato BLT was very good. We will go back and try the dinner menu very soon.

    My fiance and I visited Old Nags Head Cafe while on vacation this summer. We were impressed by the food and by the friendly staff. Our waitress was very kind and efficient. Highly recommend.

    We had a large party and our server was friendly, attentive, and handled it very well. The food was very good and fresh, but portions on some of the plates seemed small. Overall a great experience!!

    Really enjoyed my dinner. The staff was great. I did find the portions to be slightly small compared to the prices. Will be back.
