    Oh my goodness... fabulous!!! The food, service everything!! Tammy was very nice. The young guy at the hostess stand was so nice too. Best meal in a while. Delicious!!

    While at the Outer Banks, you have GOT to go to Owens, and you MUST request Sanford to be your server. I have traveled the world. I have lived in multiple countries on multiple continents. I have lodged in rooms beside Middle Eastern royalty while in Asia, and I have eaten at the finest restaurants on Earth. Never, EVER, have I ever had a server as good as Sanford. This man loves his job, he understands it, and he loves and understands the people who come in and dine. Had Sanford pursued a career in business, he'd be the CEO of a fortune 500 company somewhere by now. This man is one of the best people you'll ever meet, but he'll make you feel like you're one of the best people anyone else has ever met, hence the purpose of this review.

    Always a tradition to come here with the family on vacation. I'm never let down when it comes to excellent service and awesome food. It's almost decadent, and family owned. Love it. Big ol' wine selection so bring the checkbook. The collection of plates throughout the restaurant is amazing. Bar is upstairs and can sometimes find someone that plays the piano there. The cheese spread served with crackers will have you drinking plenty of wine too. Thanks everyone.

    My, My! Owens is the place to go if you want well prepared delicious food. Today was my wife's birthday and I took her to Owens. They were high class and our waitress was the very best! Her name is Tammy and she really served us well! I ordered a NY Strip and my wife ordered Broiled Flounder. Everything was prepared PERFECT! I would highly recommend when you are visiting the Outer Banks. We will definitely return the next time we are down here.

    Great service!! Loved the atmosphere! The Carolina Jambalaya was amazing!! Husband loved his Hatteras Combination. Children's meals were a bit overpriced in my opinion -- they were good but not quite worth $13. Will definitely come again!!
