Smiley's Lexington BBQ

The chopped pork sandwiches are awesome! I had fries with mine and my wife got hushpuppies. Both were excellent. Very nice staff also. Highly recommend.

Great pit cooked BBQ. . delicious food. If you want to experience Lexington BBQ this place will do you right....just wished they still had that 4 for $4 hot dog special...best deal in town.

Was referred there by a customer of there's. We enjoyed the change. The Bar B Que was really good. We definitely will be going back. Hushpuppies are the bomb.

First time eating here. It had been 23 years since I'd had chopped Barbecue. It was just like I remembered when I used to eat it in my dad's restaurant. Not a large amount of food, but it was tasty and filling. It was a bit pricey for the portion, especially being the daily special. It was served quickly though.
Obviously mostly serving local patrons, I felt like an outsider here. The waitress wasn't unfriendly, but she wasn't friendly either and I felt like she was ready for me to eat and leave. She didn't refill my tea either. The cook did say hello when I walked in. He seemed to be very friendly.
