    Down home cooking. Good hamburgers and hotdogs. Like their cornbread, pintos, smashed potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Havent tried everything yet but they do a good job. They also have good ice cream.

    Thursday special BBQ ribs were excellent. Everything I've tried there in the past week and a half was good. Service was pleasant and efficient. Dining room and bathrooms were clean. Some outdoor seating is available. It is obvious the restaurant owner, Jay, and his staff care about providing quality food and a fun experience. Hillbilly Diner & Holy Cow Ice Cream is a nice addition to this country neighborhood.
    Note: All the ice creams are labeled to show whether they are gluten free or not. Also, there are several menu items that are naturally gluten free such as grilled chicken, BBQ pork, vegetables, etc.

    Chicken Fried steak was fresh and good. Best We have had in years. Gravy could be thinner. Mashed taters were good Service was great and friendly. Wish the new management great success. We will go back to try the ribs on Thursday nites and 2 for 1 steak on Sat. nights. Atmosphere is great.

    BBQ was awesome... Staff was great ... Chocolate pecan pie and chocolate shake was wonderful. It was a great place to eat
