Service was wonderful. Manager on duty happened to be behind the counter and was very friendly and kind.

Very clean. Friendly service! Food is fresher and a nice change from your typical fast food business.

The service was awful. We were a group of 10 and when we entered the manager herself made a comment out loud about the amount of people (us) coming in the door. Upon further watching, the front server was ignoring other guest coming in waiting to be served. When one of the people in my party asked for some sauce packets the front cashier acted as if she was being inconvenienced.

They tend to be mostly slow with preparing the food, and at times the food is made very sloppy. When I order Buffalo Chicken the sauce doesn't even cover the whole patty. Other foods don't seem to have too much of a problem with being made incorrectly.

Alright, before you get mad, I can't find anything I like at arbys. There food is fresh and tasty for others. Sanitation is not to good though, I find crumbs and other things like that.
