Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken

Delicious jerk chicken dinner! Yummy plantain! Great portions! To top that off they are a Grade "A" restaurant!!!

First time here... Food was good, however we ordered a whole chicken (8 pieces) to go. When we came home there were indeed 8 pieces but 1 breast was cut in half, so we had 3 breast pieces.

Also, we asked if we could have only dark meat and I literally asked 4 times to make sure it's all dark meat, cause we really prefer it.

Either way, felt like we didn't get a whole chicken, didn't get what we ordered, so service was under par, taste was good

What a treasure! Stopped here randomly on a Sunday afternoon with the family and LOVED it! Hands down the best chicken you'll have. The seasoning was fragrant and delicate with a savory lingering taste to remember. Everything thing we had was delicious. Definitely will be back.

If you are hungry, this is where you want to go.
Food is simple and honest and actually very very tasty. Great value. Huge quantities. Chicken is well seasoned and delicious. Even the breast is juicy, so don't shy away from"white" meet. The sides of rice and salad are very decent too (I only had the rice and salad). The cilantro vinaigrette is very nice.
The ambiance is nothing incredible but for the price range, this is the best place to eat in Durham.
Another amazing feature is the cleaning process. Roasted chicken is messy to eat because inevitably you will use your hands. These guys have a very practical set up for cleaning after yourself, they provide wet wipes with which you can clean the table.
I loved this particular feature.
