    Very good service. Great shake. The traffic pattern is a little wonky. There's 3 lanes merging into 2 lines. So just be observant.

    Hit or miss with customer service. The food is always delicious. Their prices can't be beat. Pound for pound you get a considerable amount of food for a very low price. Speed is also hit or miss. Some days they are quick other days not so much. Having said that, I will say that most days the service is quick.

    Cookout is one of the few fast food restaurants I will eat at. The grilled chicken is by far better than any other fast food chain. You absolutely cannot beat the milk shakes.

    Good food. Trays are good value. One of the best places for authentic southern fast food. Lots of shake options, but I haven't had one yet that I could really get through a straw. Not the best place to go in the rain as this location is drive through or walk up only with no overhangs to amount to anything for ordering or picking up food.
