An amazing experience! The atmosphere is simultaneously upscale and welcoming. The food was so flavorful. We tried a little bit of everything but my favorites were the Dovi Rice Balls, Dovi Cauliflower and Wors and Sadza Croquettes. The staff was friendly and informative. Will visit again!

What a wonderful experience. Every dish we had was outstanding and full of flavor. We were also well taken care of by the hostess and our waiter. Everyone there, including the owner, were incredibly kind and hospitable.

The atmosphere is so welcoming. The staff takes the time to educate you about the food. Everything is incredibly fresh. I have been twice in the last two weeks and the menu changed between visits! Local produce adjusts with the seasons. The hospitality is really unmatched. Thank you to Karena, Kwame, and Tizz for making my meals something to remember! I will be putting fresh lemon on everything from now on!

Really enjoyed our dinner here a few nights ago. Great service, nice decor, and interesting and delicious food from a highly talented chef.

We stumbled across this place on accident and couldn’t be happier. we arrived right before the kitchen closed so didn’t order food, but we did enjoy some great cocktails and mock tails from the bar. the service is incredible. everyone is friendly and engaging. we even met the owner of the restaurant who came and introduced himself to us. he told us he and his wife own the spot. black excellence through and through. we will definitely be returning to try the food.
