Kickback Jacks Great Food Great Fun

Great restaurant with huge spots bar. We had the Wednesday fish and chips special and wings and both were good. First time here but will definitely return with more friends on a NFL game day.

The food is always AMAZING. Unfortunately the waitress displayed a lack of interest in serving us. She made me feel like I was a burden to her. I normally give a generous tip. However, tonight I only gave the 18% that was added in for the party. If I come back, I do not want her as my waitress. I have had very good past experiences with other waitresses there. I felt judged and unwanted tonight. ????

If you want you meat to stay on the bone this isn’t the place. The meat is cooked so well even when I wanted the meat to stay on so I could eat it easier it just fell off. I’m new to Nc and I’ve been getting use to the consistently bad service here. I’m really not sure what it is. So coming in tonight I really didn’t have high expectations. It was definitely refreshing to be kindly and quickly seated. Waiter was polite and overall pretty consistent. Food came out great everything a bit on the hotter side which I’d prefer over cold. Then all the food was delicious. I will definitely make this a place I consistently go now. Not sure what you guys are doing different then all the other restaurants staff but keep it up, very pleased.

Artichoke dip - bit cheesier then most but great
Onion peddle - makes texas Road house humerus
Steak and ribs - medium rare / sauce meat perfect
Steak and shrimp - medium rare / nice breading very crispy

Food was better than I expected. Wings available three different ways plus sauces or seasonings. It nice to have options beyond fried. The dry rubbed was pretty good. Burgers and the service were both better than average. Place is huge and prices very reasonable. Not going to win any James Beard awards but more than does the job.
