Firehouse Subs

Stopped here recently to grab a quick sub with a couple friends. Service was good, and resturant was clean overall. Could have been a bit faster but it was around lunch time so this could have been the delay with it. Also, like someone else stated the tea dispenser isn't tall enough for the large cups. Maybe sit it on a different level to resolve this issue.

I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The sub of my choice (The Engineer) has always been good eating. But today, I went back to the restaurant after what was already a really nice experience the last time.

On my last visit, the employees that helped me were so genuinely friendly and courteous. The person who took my order (Aliyah) was on her first day (I could tell), but you would have thought she was trained very well. She asked me about all of the extras with a smile the entire time.

Another employee, (V) who recognized me from previous visits struck up a conversation and when I stepped outside, another employee (Kayla) actually brought my sandwich outside to me. So nice!!!

So, today when I came in, 2 of the employees remembered me by my name. AWESOME!!! Keep up these little things and your sure to be successful. Thank You Firehouse Staff!!!

Had a funky smell when we walked in. We were greeted very friendly! Wasn't very busy yet it took too long for 1 sub. The tea dispensers are not tall enough to fill a large cup. Plus the tea was warm, almost hot! Tables and floors were kinda grimy.
