Panera Bread

I had great customer service today from Jasmine after she rescued my pedometer that fell under a customer's car. She waited to complete service to others before taking a broom and helping me out! Oh and the coffee and blueberry muffin were great! Very clean and welcoming restaurant.

Food is generally very tasty and not too salty. Staff are friendly. However, presentation is everything. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the store. I feel there should be someone cleaning in the dining room area and bathrooms at all times. Particularly as busy as you you guys get. The soda machine looked pretty rough today, could have used a good cleaning. Floors needed a good vacuum/sweeping/mopping and the trash area needed tending to. Also, there were many tables in need of wiping. Again, food is always good and there's always a friendly smile. Cleanliness just needs a little TLC.

I'm sad they changed the recipe for the brownies. The old kind had fudge icing on top and it was so so good. Now they're ok, I've had box-brownies better than that. Otherwise I love Panera.

We had the Pick Two. My friend tried the Turkey Chili and a chicken salad sandwich which she enjoyed. I had the 10 Vegetable Soup and the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich half. Tasty and not too salty.
