Firehouse Subs

Thank you to Keith for turning a frustrating experience into an amazing experience. I placed an order online (which I have done several times at the Kernersville store) and the mobile website was being extremely glitchy. My order somehow was sent to the Westover Terrace location in Greensboro. Considering I live in Kernersville, driving 30+ minutes to the Westover Terrace location of Firehouse Subs was out of the question, especially with a toddler in tow (read: inconvenient + soggy subs). I called Westover Terrace and they said there was nothing they could do for me since the subs had already been made and they wouldn't be able to offer me a refund. I then called the Kernersville store and spoke to the manager, Keith. Not only did he call the Westover Terrace store to see if he could help, but when they still refused to give me a refund, Keith decided that he was going to make my order at the Kernersville store and comp it for me. In a world where customer service seems to be continuously going downhill, Keith proved that good customer service still exists. I'm incredibly grateful for Keith's kindness and willingness to help. My family and I will continue to be customers at this location, not only because of the superb customer service we received, but also because the food is consistently fresh tasting and delicious. Thank you, Keith!

Love this restaurant. They just recently opened. The employees are very friendly.

This Firehouse Subs location just opened a few days ago. They actually opened a month later than expected. Not sure why, but stuff happens.

I expected a bigger crowd for the opening but I believe the fact that this location wasn't on Google Maps was hurting their business. I added this location to Google Maps in hopes this location will flourish! Also, I love Firehouse Subs!

The Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket on wheat bread is simply amazing here. My favorite. I think Firehouse Subs is one of the better sub restaurants out there. Check them out and try it out for yourself.
