Giadas Trattoria

We went for our anniversary, our second time there. My wife had pasta with seafood, which she said was great. I went traditional beef, the NY Strip. Unquestionably, the best steak I've had in Triad since I moved here in 2016. A good steak seems so hard to find nowadays. Perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and most importantly, tasty. Perfect char. Good atmosphere, no wait time, and excellent service. This is now our "go to" restaurant.

Giada's food was so delicious and filling. Sabrina was our waitress and she did an excellent job! The food came out quickly. The portion sizes were perfect and the bread before hand was so yummy! I ordered a piece of strawberry cheesecake to go and it was amazing. I also had the pleasure of seeing Nick, who used to be my coworker, and he is a top notch server also! You will be well taken care of and happy with your experience. I highly recommend and will be back!

This place was great. The service was a tad slow/sparse, but she may have had several tables to serve. The food was amazing, I had the tuna. They had a decent beer and wine selection. The fire pit out front was cozy and inviting in a cold night. I look forward to my next visit.

Not necessarily the restaurants fault but we sat for very long time. Certain parties were late and our orders were placed late. Food was not hot when we got it but reasonable for most. The dish I had was delicious and the servings were generous. A lot of takeout containers were used. Hoping to have a date night with my wife to get a better handle on the restaurant.
