    I had going me some breakfast, the Sausage Egg and Cheese McDuffie was delicious & the Hashbrown was too. Oh man that Mocha Coffee was off the chain. Thank you McDonald's in Kernersville. ;-)

    It seems as though the app prices are higher at this location, hence only 4 stars. Apart from that the location has always been staff with excellent workers who are friendly and cheerful. I honestly do like stopping by here as you feel they value your business. The food is great with no complaints there. Only complaint would be a flat pricing scale with the other stores.

    Friendly people, good service, and good food! Right now they have their 2 for $5 deal going on. Couple that with a $1 any size drink and you don't have to spend a lot to eat!

    Touch screen ordering system and nice seating made this McDonald's a very pleasant experience. Me and my girlfriend come here in the morning together and we always have a good experience. 5 stars for quick service, and a friendly and clean restaurant!
