Delicious lasagna and calzone! Sauce is wonderful! They were short staffed but there was no delay. Can't wait to go back. So glad for an Italian restaurant so close to home.

I moved to the area recently and always love to try a new Italian restaurant. Luckily for me this place is close by because it is absolutely delicious
Started off with the garlic knots, omg! Shaved pieces of real garlic and savory knots!
Followed by a 19" cheese pizza for me and my grandson. Best pizza I have had in awhile! Delicious!
My daughter ordered the wings and they were off the chain!
Mike was our server and he was excellent, kept our drinks full and was always right on top of things.
The owners were here having lunch when we arrived and they all smiled and said hello
This will absolutely be my go to place for Italian from now on!

Cicciones is a restaurant that we keep coming back to over and over. Usually I like to try new spots, and Winston Salem has some decent options for Italian food; however, I have never had a bad meal here, and I think you get the best bang for your buck. The pasta dishes are great and have wonderful sauces, the pizza is incredible and has great crispy crust, and the appetizers and sides are good as well. The food is always fresh, and the service is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable, especially given that the food belongs in a fine dining setting.

I was in the mood for wings. Never have I ate here before and let me tell you, I am going to keep coming back. This place is amazing! Over size plump delicious wings also coming with over sized dressing without any up charge. Plus amazing service!
